Modeling a Fly Fishing Reel using CAD

Summary

For this course project, designed to familiarize students with CAD modeling through reverse engineering, I selected a fly fishing reel to challenge my existing modeling skills. I meticulously disassembled the reel, modeling each of its 24 individual parts with precise measurements using a caliper. Going beyond the project's requirements, I created detailed models and a complete drawing of the most complex part. This dedication resulted in the most detailed model in my class, showcasing my commitment to precision and excellence in CAD modeling.
